Site Manager – Sutton (Retail Refit)

Duration: 8-week project

Location: Sutton

Shift Pattern: Primarily day shifts with some night work required

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a retail refit project in Sutton. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing retail fit-out or refurbishment projects, with a strong understanding of health & safety, site coordination, and managing subcontractors to tight deadlines.

Requirements:

Strong background in retail or commercial fit-outs (Pets at Home or similar experience preferred)

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage both day and night operations effectively
