The Senior Site Manager (Internal Works) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all internal construction activities, including 1st fix, 2nd fix, and associated internal packages. The role ensures that works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with contractors, the project team, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate all internal works and subcontractor activities.

* Lead package management, including meetings, documentation, and correspondence.

* Maintain contract and instruction registers, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

* Oversee logistics, storage, and site standards in line with project plans.

* Drive programme delivery and manage short-term lookahead schedules.

* Conduct daily coordination meetings for internal works.

* Ensure quality assurance (QA) procedures and records are maintained.

* Liaise with project management and technical teams to resolve issues.

* Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, BS5975, and industry standards.

* Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and new developments.
