Senior Civil Design Engineer

Senior Civil Engineer📍 Braintree | Full-Time | Hybrid Working Available
We're looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and deliver a range of civil engineering projects. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for technical design, project management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Lead civil engineering projects from survey to delivery
Build strong client relationships and manage key accounts
Approve technical calculations and oversee design work (AutoCAD/C3D/InfoDrainage)
Prepare and submit documentation for planning, tender, and construction
Manage internal and external design teams
Conduct site inspections and report on progress, safety, and quality
Chair project meetings and contribute to fee management and invoicing.
Deputise for the Associate when required
Maintain accurate records and complete CPD trainingAbout You

Degree in Civil Engineering
Working toward or already Chartered (Eng/CEng MICE)
Strong technical and project management skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InfoDrainage
Confident communicator with leadership experience
