Are you an experienced Civil Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Section or Senior Engineer to play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale infrastructure and highways projects in the Suffolk region.

The Role:

This is a key position on a major infrastructure scheme, offering exposure to complex works and the chance to make a real impact on critical UK infrastructure. Your focus will be on:

Accurate and efficient setting out on highways and civil infrastructure packages

Leading and mentoring junior engineers and site teams

*

Managing site documentation and ensuring compliance with project specifications

*

Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a Section Engineer or Senior Engineer capacity

*

Strong background in setting out, particularly within roads or heavy civils

*

A full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Leiston (Suffolk) within 1 to 1.25 hours

*

Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND or degree in Civil Engineering)

*

Strong understanding of safety and quality procedures on site
