We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial roofing project in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-profile site with a reputable contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are met
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to high standards
Maintain health & safety compliance across the site
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Monitor progress and report to senior management

Requirements:

Proven experience managing commercial roofing or similar construction projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred)
Must be happy to undergo and pass security clearance
