We're working with a well-established architecture practice in Cambridge who are looking to add an experienced Architectural Technician to their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected studio with a strong portfolio across [residential / education / commercial – tailor as needed] sectors, known for delivering high-quality design and technical detailing.

The Role:
You'll be involved in projects from early technical design through to construction, producing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and supporting project delivery within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction packages

Work closely with architects and project leads to develop design intent

Liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve technical issues

Ensure drawings comply with current UK building regulations and standards

About You:

Qualified Architectural Technician or Technologist (CIAT membership beneficial)

Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing

Proficient in AutoCAD/ Revit

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Previous experience within a UK architectural practice
