An exciting opportunity has become available for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice. This is a small but highly experienced architectural practice that specialise in industrial and commercial projects throughout the UK. Projects vary in size and scale, with values ranging from £20k to a few million, which includes care homes, industrial buildings/units, retail buildings, apartments, and extensions/refurbishments to name a few. With a solid pipeline of work and a broad client base, this established practice are now looking for an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be motivated to work on a diverse range of projects.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the practice across a variety of industrial and commercial projects throughout the UK. Your responsibilities will include producing detailed technical drawings, ensuring designs comply with building regulations, liaising with contractors and clients, conducting site visits (UK wide), and undertaking site meetings, to name a few.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in an Architectural Technician / Technologist role, along with a full UK driver's licence. This is a hybrid position, with the office based in Stourbridge.

The Role:
Produce detailed technical drawings
Ensure designs comply with building regulations
Conduct site visits
Undertake site meetings
The Person:
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Design experience in similar role
UK Driver's licence
Commutable distance to the office in Stourbridge
