Bim Coordinator

BIM Coordinator – Amsterdam, Netherlands
Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
Salary: €90,000 – €95,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,000 Net Living Allowance
We are currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to join one of Europe’s leading data centre delivery partners on a major project in Amsterdam. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly reputable international engineering firm delivering large-scale, complex MEP and CSA projects across Europe.
As BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing coordination between disciplines, ensuring clash-free design and efficient delivery. You’ll work closely with design engineers, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure all BIM deliverables meet project standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between MEP and CSA disciplines.
* Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings, specifications, and schedules according to the BIM Execution Plan.
* Deliver all coordination milestones on time and to the required quality.
* Liaise with package managers, engineers, and the site team to ensure successful MEP installations.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BIM team members.
Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience as a BIM Coordinator, ideally within MEP or mission-critical environments.
* Strong working knowledge of Revit (MEP bias) and Navisworks; AutoCAD experience beneficial.
* Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or similar.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* EU passport or right to work in the Netherlands.
