What You'll Be DoingStep into a role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with a Project Director to shape projects from concept to completion-bringing bold ideas to life while ensuring they meet the highest standards in design, compliance, and sustainability.
Your day-to-day will include:

Crafting innovative design concepts aligned with the RIBA Plan of Work
Preparing planning applications, building regulations, and safety submissions
Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications
Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Attending design reviews and coordination workshops
Supporting risk management and document control processesWhat You'll BringYou're not just technically skilled-you're a creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for great design.

We're looking for someone who is:

ARB registered with a strong design and technical portfolio
Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital tools
A confident communicator with excellent visualisation skills
Commercially aware and knowledgeable in UK construction law
Experienced with platforms like Newforma (a plus!)What's in It for You
