About the Company

Known for delivering quality projects across commercial, residential, and refurbishment schemes, this contractor combines technical expertise with a hands-on, collaborative approach. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their Bristol team and take charge of key projects on site.

The Role

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing daily site activity and managing subcontractors and trades

* Driving health & safety compliance across all operations

* Ensuring quality standards are achieved and maintained throughout delivery

* Coordinating with project managers, design teams, and commercial staff

* Monitoring programme, progress, and reporting to senior management

* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders on site

The Person

We are looking for an individual who brings:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with SME contractor or regional main contractor background

* A solid track record in delivering commercial, residential, or refurbishment projects

* Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate teams

* Excellent communication and client-facing ability

* A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving

* Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work)
