They are now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a leading role on this flagship development.
The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for the new build commercial project, ensuring financial success from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost control
* Overseeing subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract management
* Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Monitoring financial progress and reporting to senior leadership
* Providing commercial advice and support to project teams
* Ensuring compliance with contractual and financial procedures

The Person
We are looking for an individual who brings:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at senior level, within main contracting
* Strong commercial and financial management skills
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management ability
* Experience on new build commercial schemes (offices, retail, mixed-use, or similar)
* A proactive and collaborative approach to driving project success
