A leading Property Maintenance Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an internal painting project in Manchester. This position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity. Current project is for around 18 months!

Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day painting operations and site teams
– Liaise with clients and internal teams
– Manage a team of 8 – 12 people
– Manage labour, materials, and equipment
– Ensure high standards of quality and safety compliance
– Maintain accurate site records

Required:

– Experience as a Site Manager with painting experience
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– IT proficiency
– Confidence in managing multiple projects simultaneously
– SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and a Full UK Driving Licence are essential
