We’re working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor looking to appoint a Managing Quantity Surveyor to take commercial lead on one of London’s most exciting landmark schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QS ready to step up or an established Managing QS seeking a fresh challenge with a major London contractor.

The Role:

Lead the commercial function on major London projects (£30m+).

*

Manage and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors.

*

Oversee procurement, subcontract management, and cost control.

*

Ensure projects are delivered within budget and maximise profitability.

*

Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience working for a Tier 1 main contractor or reputable fit-out specialist.

*

Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.

*

Track record of managing large commercial or fit-out schemes.

*

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
