We’re recruiting for a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the client team delivering a major residential development in Bristol.

Working client-side, you’ll oversee and manage the main contractor’s commercial performance, ensuring robust cost control, accurate reporting, and value optimisation across all stages of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor main contractor accounts and valuations

*

Oversee cost reporting, forecasting, and change management

*

Support procurement and contract administration

*

Ensure value for money and financial governance for the client

*

Collaborate closely with project and design management teams

Ideal Candidate:

*

Strong background in commercial management of large-scale residential or mixed-use projects

*

Previous client-side or PQS experience advantageous

*

Excellent contractual knowledge and attention to detail

*

Capable of leading commercial strategy from start to completion

*

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
