Multi trade

We are looking for a Multi traders for work in Cardiff, Newport and Caerphilly. This will be working on maintenance and repairs within occupied homes on a temporary to permanent basis. You will receive £20 per hr, company van, and an opportunity for a permanent position (if desired)

As a Multi trade your main duties will include:

Repairs within occupied properties
Ensuring new home owners are happy with work completed
Travelling between sites( Cardiff, Newport, Caerphilly)
Carpentry repairs
Painting
Tiling
We are looking for a Multi trade who has:
Experience working in occupied homes
Keen eye for detail
Carpentry, painting, any additional trade skills are a bonus

In return the Multi trade will receive:
£20 per hr
40 hrs per week
Overtime available
Company van
Fuel card
Uniform
PDA
Power tools
Weekly pay
Opportunity for permanent role (salary £32k-£35k)
