This is a fantastic opportunity to join a RIBA chartered architectural practice who offer award winning design services to the Residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their Harrogate studio.

Manage and deliver residential projects from inception through to completions
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
Liaise with clients and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Degree within architectural technology
Strong post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
Proficient with ArchiCAD
Background working on projects within the residential sector
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Job running experience would be advantageous
Strong technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
