Build Clerk of works

TSA are currently seeking a Build Clerk of Works to support a new build industrial and logistics project in the Northamptonshire area.
 
You will be responsible for representing the client to ensure that quality of workmanship is excellent, drawings and specifications are being adhered to and an proactive and thorough approach to health and safety.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can collaborate effectively with the main contractor and help drive quality throughout the build
 
Daily visits are required to produce a weekly inspection report along side the management of a defects tracker and open communication throughout the project.
Day rate – £300 outside IR35
