Project Manager – Fit-Out

Salter Grange is now recruiting an experienced and talented Senior Project Manager to join a highly regarded construction company on a landmark project in Dublin.

The project is an exciting €16M fit-out job with a duration of 2 years.

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have a strong background in Building and Construction and experience in fit-out projects with recognised contractors.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring your team delivers on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety, and client satisfaction standards.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

* Develop and update the construction program in collaboration with the Contracts Manager, ensuring that project milestones are met

* Determine resource requirements for the project and effectively communicate with your team

* Establish and maintain a strong safety culture by implementing the required safety systems

* Oversee project quality throughout its lifecycle to ensure the highest standards are met

* Manage project costs efficiently, ensuring strict control over preliminary expenses and packages

* Collaborate closely with the commercial team to meet financial objectives

* Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication regarding claims and any potential delays

Senior Project Manager Requirements:

* Hold a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

* Minimum of 7+ years of experience in construction, with experience in fit-out projects

* Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

* Strong track record in planning and delivering complex fit-out projects successfully
