Site Manager

Our client, a leading main contractor, is seeking a Freelance Site Manager to oversee one floor of a high-spec CAT B commercial office fit-out as part of a larger £1.6m.

The works include meeting rooms, WCs, and communal office spaces, with full responsibility for delivering high-quality finishes through to handover and completion.
Project Details:

CAT B fit-out of 1 floors within a 7-floor commercial office scheme
12-week programme with potential for extension
Reading, close to the station. Requirements:

Proven experience in CAT B commercial office fit-outs
Ability to manage subcontractors, programme, and quality on fast-track projects
CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are essential Immediate start available for the right candidate
