Site Manager

An industry-leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee internal fit-out works on a landmark multi-phase RC frame development in Central London. This long-term scheme has a further 7 years until project completion and comprises mid to high-rise residential blocks delivered to exceptional standards.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the internal fit-out from party walls through to first fix and completion, ensuring quality, programme and safety targets are achieved. Working closely with the wider site and technical teams, you'll manage subcontractors, coordinate trades and uphold high levels of workmanship across multiple phases.

Key Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

Proven experience delivering internal fit-out packages on large-scale residential developments
A background working directly for a main contractor or developer
Strong organisational and leadership skills with a focus on quality, programme and compliance
Ideally a construction-related degree
SMSTS and CSCS (Black/White/Gold card) qualificationsPackage & Benefits
