Electrical Estimator
Trainee) Electrical Estimator – Lincolnshire
Permanent | Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (1 hour lunch)
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established electrical contractor based in Lincolnshire who are looking to add a Trainee Electrical Estimator or Electrical Estimator to their growing team.
This would represent a good opportunity for a qualified electrician who’s looking to move from site working into an office-based role, or for someone with early experience in estimating who wants to develop their career within a supportive environment.
The Role:

Assist with the preparation of electrical estimates and quotations for commercial and light industrial projects
*
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents
*
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and project information
*
Support the Estimating Manager in the development of tenders and cost schedules
*
Gradually take on more responsibility as experience grows
Requirements:
*
Background as a qualified electrician or similar technical role within the electrical industry
*
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
*
Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.)
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Eagerness to learn and develop in a commercial environment
