Mechanical Project Manager

The Role
As an experienced Mechanical Project Manager you will take full leadership of new build projects valued at £5M and above. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to join a respected contractor with a strong order book and a reputation for excellence.
You will be responsible for managing all mechanical elements of the project, working closely with the Main Contractor, internal project teams to ensure successful delivery from design through to handover.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the mechanical delivery of major new build projects across multiple sectors.

Take projects from design stage through to completion, ensuring all mechanical systems are installed to specification, budget, and programme.
*
Provide full leadership and direction to the project team, subcontractors, and site operatives.
*
Work closely with the Main Contractor, ensuring smooth coordination and communication throughout all project phases.
*
Oversee project planning, procurement, risk management, and health & safety compliance.
*
Monitor project performance, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
*
Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the project delivery team.
About You

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the Building Services industry.
*
Strong track record of delivering projects £5M+ in value.
*
Capable of reading and working from design, managing design development, and ensuring technical compliance.
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Experience working with Main Contractors on large-scale new build projects.
*
Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive projects to successful completion.
