Location: Greater London area
Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 (depending on experience)

Are you looking to kick-start or grow your career in building compliance? We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Building Compliance Test Engineer, carrying out air tightness, sound insulation, and ventilation testing.

No previous experience is required — full training and qualifications will be provided. All we ask is that you bring enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

What you’ll do:

Carry out testing & commissioning on residential and commercial properties

*

Advise on Building Regulations (Parts L, E & F) once trained

*

Manage projects from start to finish and produce reports

*

Build and maintain client relationships

What we’re looking for:

Good Maths and English skills (GCSE level or equivalent)

*

Confident communication and client-facing ability

*

Full UK driving licence (essential)
