Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS

Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. Projects are generally high-rise towers/frames with retail & commercial space at ground & 1st floor levels and residential apartments above.

Our client is now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS to be based on site in Greenwich, South East London. The project is a large mixed use residential development, split in multiple phases. You will be based on phase 3, 250 units in total – £90m build cost.

The position will report into the on-site Commercial Manager.

Our client requires this individual to do the Procurement, account management and early procurement of packages. They're seeking applicants who have either worked for a recognised developer or contractor.

In return, our client is offering anything between £70k – £80k (basic) + full package (car allowance, pension, healthcare, bonus)
