We’re currently representing a growing specialist interiors contractor based in High Wycombe, who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The company delivers a range of high-quality internal packages including dry lining, decorating, tiling, and firestopping for a well-established client base of housebuilders and Tier 1 main contractors across the Bucks, Beds, Herts and North West London regions.

Take commercial responsibility across a variety of projects from pre-construction through to final account.

Liaise with site teams, clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a QS in the interiors or drylining sector is essential.

*

Strong knowledge of subcontractor valuations, variations, and cost control.

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

*

Full UK driving licence required due to regional travel.
