About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a solid background in civil engineering, covering water, roads, drainage, and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone with a proactive approach to project delivery and strong leadership skills, ready to take ownership of multiple civil works projects across West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily site operations for civil engineering projects.

Ensure all works comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

*

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel effectively.

*

Coordinate with project engineers and clients to achieve project milestones.

*

Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.

*

Maintain accurate records and prepare regular progress reports.

Requirements

*

Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil engineering site management.

*

Proven experience in water, drainage, roadworks, or general infrastructure projects.

*

Excellent understanding of site safety and quality procedures.

*

Strong communication and organisational skills.

*

Must live in West Yorkshire or within a commutable distance.

*

Full UK driving licence.
