Senior Estimator (Interior Construction)

Senior Estimator – Stonework & Luxury Interiors
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
Location: North London (Piccadilly Line)

Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in stonework or high-end interiors? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and growing business, taking ownership of estimating for bespoke residential and commercial projects.

The Role:
You will play a key role in pricing and managing prestigious projects, working closely with clients, suppliers, and project teams. From interpreting architectural drawings to securing competitive supplier pricing, you’ll ensure accurate estimates that help win and deliver high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates for luxury residential and commercial stonework projects

*

Read and interpret architectural drawings and CAD designs

*

Manage material take-offs, Bills of Quantity, and wastage factors

*

Source and negotiate competitive supplier pricing (UK and international)

*

Use industry-standard estimating software (CostX, Bluebeam, etc.)

*

Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to support tenders and pricing

*

Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to secure orders

About You:

*

Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in stonework, joinery, interiors, or construction

*

Strong technical knowledge of natural stone, quartz, or solid surfaces

*

Confident in CAD interpretation and estimating software

*

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

*

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
