Salary: £42,000 – £47,000

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Architectural Technologist to join one of the UK's foremost architectural practices, celebrated for its high-quality work across urban design, interiors, and masterplanning. They have an impressive portfolio spanning residential, healthcare, and education sectors and the Birmingham studio is now seeking an experienced and driven Architectural Technologist to lead a series of healthcare projects through all stages of design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage healthcare projects from concept through to completion

Prepare and oversee planning and building regulation submissions

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain design quality and compliance

Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

Skills & Experience

CIAT-accredited Technologist

Degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology

Substantial post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice

Proven track record of job running across all RIBA stages

Proficiency in Revit is essential

Prior experience in the healthcare sector is highly advantageous

Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills

Must be based within a commutable distance of the Birmingham studio
