Site Manager – Truro

Freelance Site Manager, Truro
Rate: £300 – £350 a day PAYE via the agency
Duration: 9 months plus
Role: An exciting freelance Site Manager opportunity working for a well-respected, top tier main contractor on a refurbishment of a healthcare project near Truro working under a site-based Project Manager
Candidate: Candidate will need to have worked on similar size construction projects for recognised main contractors as well as have the following experience:
* A proven track record of overseeing internal trade packages and finishes.
* A proven track record of supporting the construction and completion of similar projects on time and on budget.
* Confident in the use of IT packages and systems
* Self-motivation
Additional requirements:
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card (minimum Gold card)
* First Aid at Work
* Knowledge of Building Regulations and The Building Safety Act
