A dynamic main contractor with a fresh approach would like to appoint a Project Manager for an upcoming new project in South East London.

As Project Manager, you will lead your team to successfully deliver a 55 unit residential scheme over 4 blocks of 4 – 7 storeys. This project has a 2 year programme with delivery due late 2027.

A summary of the experience and attributes required will be:

A proven track record of starting and successfully completing r/c frame residential projects in London for a principal contractor.
Ability to produce well written and accurate reports to be presented to the Directors at monthly Project review/CVR meetings
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Ability to develop and monitor robust and long term programmes on £10m – £20m residential projects
Strong communication skills and be able to communicate with all levels of personnel.
Technically and commercially aware
Experience of procurement of materials and sub-contractors
Must be able to do long term programming
An industry recognised qualification such as a Degree or MCIOB
Only candidates from a principal contractor background will be considered
