An established multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team. The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful delivery of a diverse range of construction and property projects across the capital, working within commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager looking to further their career in a structured environment with full APC support.

The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with senior team members, helping to deliver projects from inception to completion. This position is ideal for an Assistant Project Manager with some consultancy experience, who is keen to develop professionally while working in one of London's most dynamic teams.

The Assistant Project Manager's role

The successful Assistant Project Manager will support senior Project Managers in delivering schemes across pre-contract and post-contract stages. Responsibilities include producing project documentation, liaising with contractors, preparing progress reports, attending site visits, and assisting with risk management.

You'll be exposed to a broad portfolio of projects and will receive mentoring towards chartership via the RICS or APM route.

The Assistant Project Manager

1+ years' experience in a construction consultancy environment

Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or similar

Working towards or keen to pursue RICS or APM chartership

Good communication and organisational skills

Knowledge of the London property market is desirable

£30,000 – £38,000 per annum
