Senior Quantity Surveyor

A global cost management consultancy with an impressive workload, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor, preferably MRICS, to join their iconic London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The partners are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a traditional PQS / Consultancy background and a track record of working on either hotel, commercial offices, or residential projects.

Working mainly on new build projects, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be the lead QS on projects under a £100m, whilst supporting the team and partners on the £100m+ projects that require greater support.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveying degree
MRICS – preferred
UK Cost Management experience
Experience working on projects of £10m+
Experience working on new build and/or fit-out projects
Strong communication skills and client facingIn Return?

£65,000 – £75,000
