About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing Supervisor to oversee roofing works across social housing properties along the M3 corridor. You'll be responsible for managing teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining health & safety standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise roofing teams across multiple sites
Ensure works are completed to high standards and within deadlines
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams
Maintain accurate records and reports
Enforce health & safety complianceRequirements:

Valid CSCS Card
SSSTS Certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
Proven experience in roofing supervision, ideally within social housing
Strong leadership and communication skills
Clean UK Driving Licence (Company vehicle provided)What We Offer:
