Due to ongoing growth and repeat business from long-standing clients, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their delivery team.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, typically valued between £1m and £10m. You’ll oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle – from pre-start meetings through to final handover – ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, taking ownership of the programme, financial performance, and quality control. This role is ideally suited to a driven and well-organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day site operations and project delivery.

Leading progress meetings and maintaining strong client relationships.

Overseeing subcontractor performance, procurement, and programme delivery.

Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards.

Managing budgets, variations, and cost reporting in conjunction with the commercial team.

Driving project delivery to meet key milestones and client expectations.
You’ll be based in Central London, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week when project commitments allow.
