Senior Quantity Surveyor

A growing and well-respected cost consultancy with a strong team culture and supportive leadership is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Fitzrovia office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take full responsibility for the delivery of pre and post-contract services across a broad portfolio of sectors, including residential, commercial, education, leisure, healthcare, hotel, and life sciences – with project values up to £40m.

This is the ideal opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step towards Associate level, within a close-knit team that values professionalism, trust, and flexibility.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

MRICS is a MUST
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
Strong pre and post contract experience
Comfortable working across multiple projects / sectors
Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
Previous experience managing junior surveyors / a desire to manage a team and move into an Associate role long termIn Return?

£70,000 – £80,000
27 days annual leave + bank holidays
