Land Manager
Our client, a well-established and respected residential property developer operating across the Kent region, is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Land Manager to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to play a key role in sourcing, appraising, and acquiring land for high-quality residential developments. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and planning consultants to shape the future growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and appraise potential land opportunities across Kent and surrounding areas.

Lead negotiations on land acquisitions, including both unconditional and subject-to-planning deals.
*
Maintain and develop relationships with landowners, agents, local authorities, and consultants.
*
Prepare and present feasibility studies, market analysis, and land offers.
*
Work alongside planning teams to manage applications and promote land through the planning process.
*
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in land acquisition, ideally within the residential development sector.
*
Strong network of contacts within Kent and the wider South East land market.
*
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
*
Sound understanding of planning policy and development appraisals.
*
Self-motivated, commercially minded, and results-driven.
*
Full UK driving licence.
