Senior Site Manager

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in delivering high-quality residential developments? Our client, a highly respected and well-established residential developer, is looking for a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new-build housing scheme in Kent.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are seeking a confident and motivated leader to drive site progress, manage teams effectively, and ensure that homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

The Role:

Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the smooth delivery of all phases of the build

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and site staff

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures

*

Work closely with the commercial and technical teams to ensure programme and quality targets are met

*

Act as the key point of contact for all site-related matters, including progress reporting and problem-solving

*

Deliver high-specification homes with a strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and aftercare

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager (ideally 5+ years), with recent experience delivering volume residential developments

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)

*

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

*

Ability to manage complex build programmes and meet deadlines

*

A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to quality
