General Foreman

Our client is are urgently seeking an experienced General Foreman to join a busy site team in Southampton, starting Monday 20th October.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising daily site operations and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
Coordinating with site management and subcontractors
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality
Supporting inductions and onboarding of new operativesRequirements:

Proven experience as a General Foreman in civil engineering or construction
Strong leadership and communication skills
CSCS card and relevant site certifications📨 CVs needed ASAP!
