The Role
Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs) act as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring they feel respected, supported, and informed throughout their interactions with our team. We’re looking for someone with a caring and compassionate attitude who can show empathy and take a proactive approach in supporting residents.
