An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join a highly regarded, award-winning multidisciplinary practice based in Bedford. The team is well known for delivering innovative and design-led projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Due to continued growth, the practice is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to contribute to a wide variety of high-quality developments.

Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings and specifications
Assist with the preparation and submission of planning and building regulation applications
Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
Undertake site visits and provide support during construction stages
Ensure all design and technical work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry standardsSkills & Experience

HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Experience working on residential and commercial projects
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Excellent communication and organisational skills
