Scheduler – 3 month fixed term contract (potentially going permanent)
The Role
You will work as part of a busy team, assisting the operational team to plan and schedule works efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring a high-quality service for all residents and customers.
Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to residents and customers
*
Arrange appointments with tradespeople in a cost-effective and organised manner
*
Respond to queries from residents and manage appointment changes
*
Reschedule appointments using planning tools
*
Log current jobs onto the job management system/database
*
Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to organise and schedule work
Requirements
*
Experience working in a call centre or customer service environment
*
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines and targets
*
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
