The Opportunity:
Are you a driven Site Engineer looking to take on a major project with real impact?
This is your chance to play a key role in the delivery of a £20 million new-build distribution centre in Wigan — a high-profile development that’s shaping the region’s industrial landscape.
You’ll be joining a well-established team, working on a fast-paced project where precision, quality, and collaboration are at the heart of everything they do.
Key Responsibilities:

Setting out, surveying, and carrying out QA checks on-site
Ensuring all works meet design specifications and safety standards
Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and the design team
Producing accurate reports and maintaining site records
Supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of works on siteRequirements:

Proven experience as a Site Engineer on large industrial or commercial projects
Strong setting out and QA background
Proficient with Total Station and AutoCAD
Relevant qualification (Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or related field)
CSCS card essentialWhat’s on Offer:
