They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in residential development to join their expanding team and play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing projects from feasibility through to completion, managing budgets, timelines and client relationships. You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of residential schemes, including new builds, refurbishments, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the successful delivery of residential projects through all stages of the development lifecycle.

Manage stakeholder relationships and act as the key client contact.

Oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk management.

Coordinate design, cost, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and presentations.
*
Contribute to business development and support the wider project management team.
About You:

Degree-qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
*
Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) desirable or working towards.
*
Proven experience delivering residential projects within a consultancy or client-side environment.
*
Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
*
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead projects with confidence.
