Site Manager

Site Manager required for November start in Northampton – 15 – 20 weeks work.
This is a freelance position.

You will be working for a well-known refurbishment/fit-out Main Contractor – scope of works will be roofing and window refurbishments on a DWP building in the area.

Applicants should have a strong, freelance background in refurbishment, fit-out and general construction, in addition to the following tickets:

-SMSTS
-CSCS Black Card
-First Aid
-Asbestos Awareness
-Scaffold Inspection
-Fire Marshall

Pay rate is daily and payable via CIS.
