Site Manager – Finsbury Park
£60,000–£65,000 + Perks + Progression | PAYE | Permanent

The Opportunity:

Lead a £5m, 9-unit RC frame residential scheme in Finsbury Park

*

Project currently at groundworks & frame phase, with ~1 year remaining

*

Join a well-established, sustainably growing main contractor (c.£30m turnover)

*

Work within a supportive team known for high-spec delivery and genuine staff care

Ideal Experience:

*

Proven Site Manager experience on new-build residential projects

*

Strong knowledge of Resi internals, windows, roofs, Metsec, and finishing trades

*

Ability to manage subcontractors, programme works, and maintain quality & safety

Typical Responsibilities:

*

Coordinate day-to-day site operations and sequencing

*

Lead toolbox talks, H&S checks, and quality inspections

*

Communicate effectively with PMs, design teams, and client reps

*

Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and workforce planning

*

Drive programme performance and ensure timely completion
