About the Role
An established and respected organisation within the construction industry is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of daily business performance and operational excellence.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll play a key part in strategic planning, process improvement, and team performance, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and optimise day-to-day operations across multiple live projects.
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex operational activities with accuracy and efficiency.
* Monitor performance data and turn insights into actionable, results-driven decisions.
* Lead the adoption of new systems, tools, and processes that enhance productivity.
* Collaborate closely with senior management and project teams to achieve delivery excellence.

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in an operational management role, ideally within construction or a related technical industry.
