SYR is representing a prestigious client leading Super yacht re-fits, engaging in extraordinary projects that redefine luxury at sea.
Key responsibilities:
– Managing the Warranty List
– Gathering the Client’s claims after the Contract termination
– Investigating the root cause of the issue with the teams which have been involved in the job (subcontractors and internal teams, project managers)
– Agreeing on a way forward for the resolution, with Subcontractors and with Clients
– Keeping our internal systems updated
– Taking in charge to resolve the claims for which we are responsible ( warranty and snag list), when carried out outside of the shipyard.
This can take place mostly along the French coast and sometime in other places, leading to punctual displacements
