Our client is a well-established refurbishment and fit-out contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across London and the South East.
They are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of four projects — including office refurbishments and high-end property refits.
The Role
You will oversee all site and project teams to ensure successful delivery — from pre-construction through to handover. This is a senior leadership role offering real autonomy and visibility within a respected business.
Key responsibilities:

Manage multiple live refurb projects simultaneously.

Lead Project Managers and Site Managers to achieve programme, cost, and quality targets.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
*
Oversee commercial and contractual compliance.
*
Contribute to business growth and repeat client relationships.
About You
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager.
*
Strong background in refurbishment (commercial offices and/or high-end residential).
*
Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.
*
Ideally degree-qualified or trade background with relevant certifications
*
Based in or able to travel across London.
