Location:             Leeds
Salary:                  £32,000 – £40,000 per annum (Commensurate with Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for an Architectural Technologist or Senior Technologist with proven experience in the commercial, residential, or mixed-use sectors and who is confident using Revit and AutoCAD to deliver high-quality technical information.

Office:  Leeds City Centre

Hours:   Full-time, Monday to Friday (with hybrid working 3 days in 2 days working from home)

Duties:

Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
Support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and standards
Contribute to BIM workflows and model management using Revit
Assist with planning, tender, and construction documentation 

Requirements:

Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
Minimum three years’ experience in an architectural practice
CIAT accreditation would be beneficial
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCad
Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and awareness of the Building Safety Act
Confident in liaising with external consultants and coordinating design information
Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for teamwork and design quality
