Remuneration: £60,000 – £70,000
Benefits: 28 Days of Annual Leave, Profit Share Arrangement

The role of the Quantity Surveyor – Landscaping Services will involve:
* Liaising with a range of tier 1 contractors and tier 2 contractors
* Manage the full commercial lifecycle of major landscape construction projects
* Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial control
* Conduct detailed cost/value reconciliations, performance reviews, and profit tracking.
* Manage change control, variations, and contract administration.
* Assess, manage, and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support project teams with financial guidance and commercial insight.
* Contribute to the continual improvement of commercial systems and processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance reporting.
The ideal applicant will be Quantity Surveyor – Landscaping Services with:
* Must have 3+ years as a quantity surveyor
* Must have hands on site experience
* Highly numerate with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
* Confident communicator with experience managing both clients and subcontractors.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost management systems.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving commercial performance.
* Ambitious mindset, eager to go above and beyond and improve processes within a growing business.
